These Terms of Use govern your use of gobeekon.com (the “Site”), operated by Beekon LLC (“Beekon,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Beekon is a directory that helps people find local service businesses, such as roofers, plumbers and electricians. We are not a contractor, and we do not perform, supervise or guarantee any work. Any call, quote or job is between you and the business you choose.
Listings are compiled from public sources, including Google Maps data, and reviewed by us. Ratings and review counts come from third-party platforms and reflect those platforms at the time we collected them. Details such as hours, phone numbers and services may be incomplete or out of date. Please confirm details directly with a business before you hire.
Directory listings are ordered using factors such as ratings and review volume. Some placements, labeled “Featured Partner,” are paid or promotional. A “Verified Business” badge means we have reviewed the listing’s basic details against public sources; it is not a license check, endorsement or guarantee. A “Claimed” badge means the business owner has confirmed control of the listing.
Content on the Site is for general information only. We do not endorse any business and do not guarantee its quality, pricing, licensing, insurance or availability. You are responsible for checking licenses, insurance and references before hiring.
When you call a business from the Site, your call is connected to that business. Calls may be routed through third-party providers and may be recorded where permitted by law and disclosed. Do not use the Site to make harassing, unlawful or unsolicited commercial calls.
Owners can claim a listing and request corrections through our For Businesses page. You must have authority to act for any business you claim. Paid products such as Pay-Per-Customer and Featured Partner placement are governed by a separate agreement or order terms.
The Site’s design, text and compiled directory belong to us or our licensors. Business names, logos and review content belong to their respective owners. You may use the Site for personal, noncommercial purposes.
The Site may link to or display content from third parties, such as ratings from other platforms. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it.
To the extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the extent permitted by law, Beekon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your dealings with a listed business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the date above when we do. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
